Strategic Partnership Agreement
PARTIES INVOLVED:
iSHARE by CIGMA: An organisational planning framework designed to map out business resilience, ethics, and long-term sustainability.
The 381 Hub (Club & Branch): A physical location anchored on Waterloo Square, managing its operational digital funnel and data staging within a private Google Workspace Enterprise vault via the CIGMA framework.
PURPOSE OF PARTNERSHIP: To integrate the iSHARE foundational framework into the operations of The 381 Club & Branch, utilising the strategic expertise of stakeholders like John Parsons. This partnership ensures that all joint operations are evaluated through the six strategic lenses of the iSHARE checklist.
ARTICLE 0: INTEGRITY (The "i" Foundation)
Both parties agree to establish a firm ethical baseline before codifying operational rules.
Obligations: The partnership will maintain a mutual Code of Conduct, anti-bribery policies, and whistleblower protections to promote ethical decision-making and manage expectations with transparent values.
ARTICLE 1: SAFETY
Both parties acknowledge that the partnership cannot function if physical environments, data, or stakeholders are compromised.
Obligations: The 381 Hub will continue staging data securely inside the CIGMA-managed private Google Workspace Enterprise vault, overseen by an advisory board of cybersecurity experts. Both entities will actively enforce comprehensive Health & Safety and Data Protection/Privacy Policies (e.g., GDPR).
ARTICLE 2: HEALTH (Fit for Purpose)
The partnership prioritises both the structural efficiency of operations and the well-being of the workforce.
Obligations: Joint operations will implement Employee Wellness Policies, provide mental health resources, and establish operational standards designed to prevent burnout and ensure the business remains "fit for purpose".
ARTICLE 3: ACCESS
Both parties commit to remaining accessible, clear, and transparent to all critical stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
Obligations: The partnership will enact Equal Opportunities & Diversity Policies, implement digital accessibility guidelines, and maintain transparent communication channels so that stakeholders can easily engage with management.
ARTICLE 4: RESILIENCE
The partnership is designed to be future-proof, allowing the organisation to "bounce forward" from supply chain disruptions, economic downturns, or market shocks.
Obligations: Guided by John Parsons' executive experience in highly-regulated, zero-error environments, the partnership will develop a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP), disaster recovery procedures, and flexible cash-flow management frameworks.
ARTICLE 5: ENRICHMENT
The partnership aims to transcend pure profit extraction by adding genuine, long-term value to its team, the Bognor Regis community, and all stakeholders.
Obligations: Both parties will underpin their operations with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies, employee professional development programmes, and active community engagement strategies.
